redis部署bug问题解决：CLUSTERDOWN Hash slot not served

在搭建版本的集群环境曾出现各节点无法互相发现与Hash槽分配异常CLUSTERDOWN Hash slot not served的情况，故而把解决方式记录下来。

Right now I am getting error: CLUSTERDOWN Hash slot not served and i dont know if it is because it is just a single master or something else

error_ replication slot is active for pid In our example cluster with nodes A, B, C, if node B fails the cluster is not able to continue, since we no longer have a way to serve hash slots in the range
