Plesk mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for varwwwcgi-bin

fcgid occasional issue where it runs out of slots, or the process slots aren't deleted , so I'm just curious to know

While server is in good load state, , they bring down the HTTPD by bringing down Fastcgid Code: mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot
